Cameron hits some milestones

Cameron had his six month check up on Monday. He weighed 14 lbs 2 oz and was almost 25" long. Those sizes were enough to land him on the chart with his birth age peers! He was only in the 3rd percentile for both, but it was the first time he made the chart. His head size made it for the second time- he is in the 20th percentile for that :)

He has also been doing great with rice cereal. So, tonight we tried another food for the first time- sweet potatoes. We missed a great shot of his first taste. He couldn't figure out what we were putting in his mouth. But, then he realized he liked it and ate a bunch. I don't think he'll have any problems with new foods. We'll try not to miss the initial reaction next time.

Cameron is 6 Months Old!

It's hard to believe that our little guy has been around for a half a year already. He is getting so big! This weekend we went to the wedding of our friends Jeremy and Emily Hutchison. While we were there, Cameron went swimming for the first time. He seemed to be pretty content in the water. He also looked quite handsome in his sweater vest at the wedding.
